AiDEN Auto, a leader in privacy-first connected vehicle technology, today announced its collaboration with Volvo Trucks to deliver a seamless regulatory compliance solution for truck drivers operating in Poland. The solution, developed through Volvo Group's CampX innovation arena, addresses new SENT (System for Electronic Transport Supervision) requirements introduced in Poland in December 2024, and took the project from concept to pilot sales in under 12 months.

Poland's SENT regulation mandates electronic monitoring of specific goods transported within the country, creating an immediate compliance challenge for fleet operators and drivers. Volvo Trucks' customers needed an intuitive, frictionless solution that would enable compliance without operational disruption. AiDEN's technology and service platform proved to be the ideal fit for addressing this challenge at speed.

The solution developed by AiDEN in collaboration with Volvo Trucks includes a driver app integrated directly into the cab's side display, as well as a fleet management interface embedded within Volvo Connect. Truck drivers can now comply with SENT regulations without needing additional hardware or relying on their personal mobile phones — keeping the focus on the road and on their job.

"This collaboration with Volvo Trucks is a proud milestone for AiDEN and a testament to the power of our platform," said Niclas Gyllenram, CEO of AiDEN Auto. "As a company founded by three Volvo connected services engineers, partnering with Volvo Trucks to solve a real-world compliance challenge for drivers is deeply meaningful. We went from project kickoff to pilot sales in under a year, demonstrating how our platform enables rapid deployment of valuable connected services."

The collaboration was facilitated through CampX, Volvo Group's innovation arena for working with partners and startups. CampX's streamlined agreements and internal processes enabled the project to move from concept to implementation at startup speed. What seemed almost impossible in the fall of 2024 became a reality with pilot sales launching by the fall of 2025.

Key Highlights of the Collaboration:

- In-Cab Integration: A driver app built directly into the cab's side display, providing an intuitive compliance experience without distracting from the driving task.

- Fleet Management: An interface embedded in Volvo Connect gives fleet managers visibility and control over SENT compliance across their operations.

- No Additional Hardware: The solution leverages existing connected vehicle infrastructure, eliminating the need for extra devices or personal phones.

- Privacy-First Design: Built on AiDEN's privacy-first platform, ensuring all data handling complies with GDPR and other global privacy regulations.

- Rapid Deployment: From project kickoff to pilot sales in under 12 months, demonstrating the agility of the AiDEN-CampX collaboration model.

This collaboration underscores the growing importance of connected vehicle platforms in solving real-world regulatory and operational challenges for the commercial vehicle industry, while maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and driver experience.
